Effective: October 2026 · PayRetry (failed-payment recovery for Shopify)
PayRetry detects failed payments in your store and sends a configurable sequence of recovery emails to customers with a link to complete their payment. Recovery results are not guaranteed; we do not promise any amount of recovered revenue.
Refund requests are handled by the developer directly: contact the support email below with your store domain, uninstall date and charge details. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in line with the refund process described in the Shopify App Store listing. You may also request a refund through Shopify under Shopify's own refund policy if we do not resolve your request.
You agree to use PayRetry only for sending recovery messages to customers whose payments failed in your own store, and to comply with applicable email-marketing and privacy laws (including providing your own business contact information in emails, which PayRetry does automatically).
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination for any reason, your data is erased according to the Privacy Policy.
